Covered- 1. Why and How to wash hands, feet, and face after coming outside (from work/farming) and bathing. 2. Why and How to Brushing Teeth twice a day – morning and before going to bed 3. Why do we need to cut our nails.
Why should we keep our surroundings clean
1. If we do not keep clean then germs, mosquitoes ,flies, dust and bacteria comes and these can enter our body through air (when we breath), water or directly through food
2. Keeping surrounding clean can be healthy and avoiding mosquito, germ and dust
3. Imagine if you see waste like plastic, glass or hard material which may hurt us, to avoid injuries we should keep clean
4. Keeping surrounding clean looks ourhome clean and tidy
How to keep our surrounding clean
1. make sure things kept in right place and
keep your food plates properly in the container.
2. keep your room, bed, bedsheets, pillow clean and frequently change them and make sure floor is kept dry and clean
3. Don’t allow water to stay anywhere
4. Do not split anywhere, use washroom to split
5. If found hard material or glass take it and put in dustbins
6. Make sure your fluesh out, everytime you use washroom.

what need to do Before Eating-
1. Wash Hands, feetand Face
2. Drink a glass of water helps for Digestion
Posture
1. keep your body straight
2. Sitting up straight allows your food to digest
Things to remember-
1. Eating food at proper time
2. Not to waste food
3.Proper chewing the food is important to digestion
4. Not to throw food down
5. Don’t have too much food
6. Not to sleep after having food
7. Don’t talk while having food
8. don’t eat food in hurry.
9. Keep always a glass of water beside you while eating the food.
After having food-
1. Drink water
2. Wash hands
3. After eating a meal take a 10-minute walk
