Project Status for the month ending August 31st,2021:
DDCLICS EDU
Accomplishments:

One947 Concert.
Group Discussion session to shortlist top#3 winners.
Doctor/Health sessions #2.

Risks:

New School Registrations : Only 16 of 50 schools have registered.

Plan/Next Steps:

Complete 50 school registrations.
Training : 50 school curators + STEAM sessions.
Award Distribution onsite.

Changes:

Training : 50 school curators + STEAM sessions moved to 8th August.

Requests :

DDPI team to inform the remaining schools to complete their registrations

Exam evaluation+Top#3 Nomination by schools for the missing data.
Classroom sessions#34 for 10th grade & Health: 4# session.
First Quarterly meeting.

Risks:

Message approval: 50 school registration+1947 unplugged message for partners.

Plan/Next Steps:

GD to nominate top#3 for final top#3 by DDCLICS – Co-ordination efforts/official notice.
Launch/1947 unplugged e-concert/Award Ceremony for schools, teachers, students.
Onboarding new 50 schools on DDLCICS Program/Platform + STEAM 15min BS plan.

Changes:

Exam Evalution/Nomination for final top#3 by DDCLICS moved from August 5th to 10th –

Requests :

1947:Request message for videos from stakeholders+ partners.
50 new schools registration message approvals.
