Health sessions : 3 sessions in September. Launch 50 schools CLICS in Dharwad Dist. Schools on 30th September. Risks: 50 New schools Registration on DDCLICS – 8 schools pending out of the 50-school list have been shared by DDPI Team. Plan/Next Steps: EDU: Training sessions on CLICS Portal+15min Classroom sessions. Registration of pending 8 schools from the 50-school list provided by DDPI office. Q2 Project Status Meeting. Changes: 1.Registrations of 50 new schools on DDCLICS Project/Program moved to 7th October as 8 schools are remaining. Plan/Next Steps: GD to nominate top#3 for final top#3 by DDCLICS – Co-ordination efforts/official notice. Launch/1947 unplugged e-concert/Award Ceremony for schools, teachers, students. Onboarding new 50 schools on DDLCICS Program/Platform + STEAM 15min BS plan. Minutes : iINVENT _Partners Meeting Attendees : Abhi I Sarah I Gerard I Alison I Ottilie I Vijay Date : 17th May 2021 AMITSU : Connect with Alison and her efforts and project @ https://iinvent.wpengine.com/amitsu/ Accomplishments : 15 STEAM Sessions+ Invited to 2 internal Brainstorm sessions The sessions are interested and showing interest in the STEAM sessions per Alison. Plan/Next Steps : Evaluation – The kids have started the lessons they have learned over the last 1 year per subject in terms of how it was useful, what did they learn from how it can help others. Accomplishments : 1. Registration completed for 10 GHS schools. 2. 5 schools started classroom revision sessions for 10th grades – 14th sessions conducted. 3. Training completed for 5 schools includes 29 teachers on the DDCLICS EDU platforms – 6 sessions conducted. Risks : 1.With the current COVID/lockdown situation Restructuring efforts from Onsite to virtual programs will impact Phase#1 Milestone by a week. Per Alison the STEAM session has enabled her. Alison was able to manage the basis for the kids with the lockdown. A total of 8 computers have been serviced. Plan/Next Steps: The schools have shut down since last week with the COVID scenario and might be shut until a month or longer, as the kids are getting infected.
