Accomplishments
1. Mr.Mason has received the letter that was exchanged with his students and the counterpart students in Japan.
Next Steps
1.Mr.Mason will be updating this platform with the letters that were exchanged with his students and the counterpart students in Japan.
2. Based on the consent of the Japnese counterpart pertaining to the innovation center program, Mr.Mason will reach out to Abhi to discuss the next steps.
3. Letter campaign for the senior kid’s scheduled in March end /April might be delayed due to the Covid virus, Mr. Mason will keep us updated once the dates are finalized so that we can plan how we can complement this effort.

Mr.Mason’s students Harry from Japan is interested to start an Innovation center and Mr.Mason wants it to come under his, he will be reaching out to Abhi regarding this. He has also sent a couple of letters that came in this week,Mr. Mason will post them on his innovation center page.

Hope you’re well! My name is Harry, I was in your 8th grade social studies class in 2009-2010 and am currently in my second year of teaching English in Japan.
One of my junior high classes (7th graders) is writing letters in English class introducing their town and school. We talked and thought it’d be cool if they could actually exchange their letters with a few American students – sort of like a one-time pen pal. Would it be possible for some of your students to read and respond to my students’ letters?

1. A couple of interview videos fro the letter campaign have been released on social media.
Next Steps
1.Mr.Mason will confirm the schedule for the senior grade letter campaign, will be in the next 2 months.
2.Mr.Mason is in talks with one of the schools in the US regarding the i-INVENT innovation center and the letter campaign program/effort.
3.Mr.Mason will not be able to join the partner meeting today as he would be at school.
