Accomplishments :
1.Mr.Mason has shared the school schedule.
Plan/Next Steps:
1.Monthly Brainstorms Session:
Mr.Mason and Loni will together and share the schedule to conduct the monthly Brainstorm sessions by early next week.
We will need to have 2 session of 40 min each one for Mr.Mason students and one for Loni’s students.
The best time that works is between 12:57pm – 1:36pm CST per Mr.Mason.
The iINVENT team will need 2 weeks once we have the schedule confirmed to firm the topic and poster/flyer.
2.Curators:
Mr.Mason and Loni will share min 2 students curators from their calls by the following week.
3.Pen Pal:
Mr.Mason and Loni will address the students so that they can start from next week.
4.We reconvene next Thursday to cath up on the above updates/ progress.

3.When the school starts Mr.Mason will be in a position to align curators.

1.Per Mr. Mason the schools will start in August where the student’s will be coming to the schools the plan is to have these kids start on the pen pal program and we also start the brainstorm sessions where the topics can be curated towards positive mind set.
2.Per Harry seems like Mr. Oguro will discontinue as he is busy, but Harry will look at alternate schools where the pen pal program opportunity can be offered.

Plan/Next Steps: 1.Mr. Mason and Loni will have their students writing new letters,but this will be difficult with the year end and just 5 to 6 days left for the vacation. But there are kids who are interested will try to get them involved in the letter program. Loni will talk to the 7th graders who are going go to 8th to participate in the letter program. 2.The kids from Srilanka should be responding to the letter by this week. 3.Brainstorm session that can be set for the OG teachers/students – Mr. Mason next week the schools starts, we need to push the schedule in August with the chaos in the schedule with the kids being in and out of school. 4.Per HarryMr.Oguri’s students’ participation in the letter program will be difficult this year as he is tied up with other engagements. 5.Per Harry;s email – From Mr. Oguro’s they are having a hard time getting in touch with the students who have graduated, and it might be difficult… Read more »

1.Mr. Mason and Loni will have their students writing new letters. Gerard will have the kids from respond to these letters. The recommendation to also attach pictures as well of their AIMS.
2.To get email notifications to replies to their letter the kids need to subscribe with their email.
3.Brainstorm session that can be set for the OG teachers – Mr. Mason next week the schools starts, we need to push the schedule to July or August with the chaos in the schedule with the kids being in and out of school.
