1.Kick started with the monthly Brainstorm sessions.

1.Brainstorm topic for 16th November that Mr.Mason has approved as below – as next steps he will confirm if Loni will be able to conduct the session as Mr.Mason will be on leave on that day – Will inform us on the availability by EOD.

Minutes : Status Meeting Attendees :Gerard I Mr.Mason Date : 18th October Accomplishments : 1st Brainstorm sessions completed. Plan/Next Steps: 1.Feedback/AOI of the Brainstorm session. Per Mr. Mason the session was good,this new for the students and they might be shy. Topic to be a bit easy – Mr. Mason will share a topic by next week that he would like to have to encourage participation. 2.Student Curator Alignment : Per Mr. Mason there are 2 who will enroll from his class this week the student are Charles and Tanaya. 3.Pen Pal next steps+ Physical letter schedule next steps. To the pen pal letters on MASON CLICS we will have the kids from India and Srilanka to start participating, for India with the festival holiday they migh started towards end of November some kids in Srilanka have already started replying. 1.Infrastructure – Mr.Mason will use his work laptop to connect to the session ,out put is good – test and working fine.
2.Mr.Mason will send by EOD the names 4 to 5 students who will be on the panel in our Brainstorm session tomorrow with a brief introduction the grade and what are their interests/hobbies and future aspiration if any.

Plan/Next Steps: 1.Brainstorm Mr. Mason to confirm the 4-5 students who will be on the panel for the Brainstorm session. – Shared 2 names that have confirmed will share the rest by tomorrow, also will need a brief introduction of these students like their grade and interests and future aspirations to introduce them during the session. Mr. Mason will share the topic + curation questions with the student panel by coordinating with Loni. Infrastructure set up for the virtual Brainstorm session : Mr. Mason will have his computer connected to the speaker the venue will be at this class we will meet 1pm CST 18th October to test the infrastructure set up.
