1.BS session – Session firmed on 22nd Feb at 1pm CST, Mr.Mason will share the student panel names and grade
2.Pen Pal – Its exam time in India,Gerard will follow up with the kids in Srilanka to see if they can reply to the letters
3.Student curator registrations – Mr.Mason has 2 names will have them submit their details on the OG CLICS page.
4.The actual OG students will be back , the black history event once firmed Mr.Mason will inform Gerard

1.Physical Letter : Delivering of the letter is on 17th December for sure, but the time is tentative at 7am.There also nother teacher who has joined the program.
2.Brainstorm Session planned on December 7th at 1pm CST – going ahead with last months topic as the session was cancelled with the holidays.

3.Partners Meeting scheduled today : Mr. Mason will not be able to make it as he will be in the class.
4.Curator or Intern Registrations :The kids are not coming to school and things have moved slow as there was an COVID out break at the school – Per Mr.Mason this will take time.
5.Christmas Holdays December 20th the kids have exam and later will be on Christmas holidays until January 10th / 11th.
6.Pen Pal : Gerard will follow up with the kids in India and Srilanka to start reponding to the letters.
