Business has to be in the intrest of customers . 90% in the interest of customers and only 10% in the interest of the owner. Job doing is easy as it does not involve risks as in the Business.
Keep up the promises and commitments, even if they are oral and even if there is loss.
Honestly will increase your credibility in the maket.
Lawful business will have no tension.
Attracting more customers with lower Rates is better policy than thinking to sell at higher rates with less customers.
Simple steps but relevent even today.

Growing up a big mystery .
Human birth is rare.
