I liked the simple ideas in the book . A couple of times when I needed to find a solution , I picked up the book ,read a few pages/ideas and it helped me. I would recommend it to all age groups, think it helps with relaxing and finding solutions for our challenges.
I was going to return it but glad I did not since I keep going back to it. Some profound and simple ideas that assist my ideas.
