Overview –
This documents outlines the annual report for the last academic year 2024 – 2025 and plan/key milestones for the upcoming academic year 2025 – 2026 so that the stakeholders/partners and teams engaged on this project are on the same page.

Accomplishments –

- Theory and practical exams completed for Govt. school students + Evaluation completed.
- Budget Allocation – Tutor budget 15,000 INR per tutor(3) X 5 months = 2,25,000 INR.
- Pilot phase 6 schools, 2nd phase 15 schools, and 3rd phase, which is this year’s plan, is to expand to 30 schools.
AOI –
- PR : Interview videos were delayed by 2months from the Dept. which caused delay in budget allocation from the partners for this year + project reduced to 5 months vs 8 months.
- Recruitment : List of teachers from school delayed + Shortage of teachers for 3 blocks this lead to taking covering 15 schools vs 30 schools.
- Time table: Delayed by the school.
- Practical practice: Students did not get the opportunity to practice in the labs.
- Train the trainers: No teachers from the schools attended the session as part of the cross-training.
- The weekly quiz could not be conducted due to shortage of time.
Plan for the academic year : 2025 – 2026 –
Project Goal –
- Enable basic computer literacy and design concepts among the students to develop computer/technology knowledge and skills so that they may apply it to their education and career growth/pursuits.

Pilot phase 6 schools, 2nd phase 15 schools, 3rd phase, which is this year the plan is to expand to 30 schools.

Syllabus expansion – To include Design concepts with a goal for children to have a design-centric approach.

Expand the project/program to 3-4 special needs institutions/communities.
- Exam Evaluation – 24th March. – completed
- Complete the interview with 15 school HM’s, students, partners – 10th April. – completed
- Complete the interview with DDPI office + partners – 17th April.
- Plan/Strategy – 21st April.
- Shortlisted schools + No. of students + school co-ordinates/location – 23rd April.
- Shortlisted list of tech teachers from schools – 30th April.
- Firm the syllabus – 1st May.
- Partner confirmation on the project budget – 15th May.
- Recruitment/Onboarding of teachers – 30th May. – (Resource sourcing avenues – I DDPI office I Hybrid module expert online cross training, onsite tutor I DIET takes on the training of the tutors, I Alternate source – Tech training institutes)

Team roles and responsibilities –
- PMO (Project Management) Efforts.
- Technology Platforms for coordination and updates.
- PR – National/Global PR, support and awareness.
- Generating sponsorship/funds for trainers and teachers.
- Shortlisting of local teachers from the list received from the DDPI office.
- Firming the syllabus.
- Curating/conducting sessions.
- Training of students and teachers.
- Students, teachers and partner engagement.
- Assessment of students.
- Monthly Reports.
- Confirming and allocating the budget for the academic year 2024-25.
- Complete the MOU Formalities with the DDPI Dept. and the schools.
- Firm the structure to pay salaries to the teachers every month.
- Curating/conducting sessions.
- DDCLICS PM to be kept in the loop for all project-related activities/coordination.
- Leverage the project portal updates and inputs.
- Provide text and notebooks for the students.
- Attend weekly /monthly/quarterly status meetings..
- Local computer teachers’ list to be provided with their resumes.
- Shortlisting of schools that are interested in the training.
- Coordination with schools.
- Complete the MOU Formalities with partners and schools.
- Select a team to lead – Aligning block officers as POC and inspections.
- Provide the syllabus for basic computer education.
- Orientation/Induction.
- Infrastructure set up at the school’s computer labs, including the internet.

A timetable to be created per school that includes students to practice in the lab weekly for 2 hours.
- Daily attendance of students is to be submitted by the respective schools.
- Reports at the school level and block level are to be shared monthly.
- Conducting exams and evaluations for students.
- Local PR activities to support partners/donors.
- Manage the onsite audience.
- Attend weekly /monthly/quarterly status meetings.
- School teachers are to complete the exam evaluation.
- Complete the MOU formalities.
- One (1) teacher and (2) students as POC per class.
- Timetable for the academic year, which includes students to practice in the lab weekly 2 hours.
- Attendance submission of students attending the classes + lab for practice.
- Respective school teachers are to complete all exams/test evaluations.
- One teacher is to be present when the external teacher/trainer is conducting the class.
- Student management and discipline during classes.
- Attend weekly /monthly/quarterly status meetings.
- Infrastructure set up at the school’s computer labs, including the internet.
- Ensure the students are attending, taking notes, doing practical’s and taking up tests/exams.
- Broadcast 1 session per day live for PR/Review.
- Promote the 3P’s skill (Personal, People, Professional skills) at the school for students’ holistic growth.
- Evaluation of theory exams results.
- Adhere to the governance and protocols.
- Conduct classes for 4.5 hours per day/ 26 hours a week from Monday to Saturday.
- Weekly Timesheet submission Saturday by 7 pm IST.
- Complete the syllabus per the timelines.
- Create lesson notes per chapter.
- Conduct weekly tests in the form of a quiz and update the grades.
- Update the project portal for time tracking + reporting.
- Provide weekly practical assignments for students to practice at the lab.
- Broadcast 1 session per day / per week live for PR/Review.
- Curate the lessons/classes in line with the 3P’s skill (Personal , People ,Professional skills).

Attendance and participation in the online weekly iINVENT internship program scheduled on Tuesdays from 8 pm-9 pm IST.
