1. Weekly Core Team Meeting scheduled every Wednesday's from 8:00 pm - 9:00 pm IST
2. Training/KT Workshop on the DDCLICS Portal+5focus areas+Roles & Responsibilities presented with 100 COVID Warriors. This effort has kick-started today.
3. The DDCLICS project portal has been updated/outlined with the top 5 priorities/focus areas/strategic points so the new stakeholders coming on board as well as stakeholders/team members are in line and on the same page on these 5 strategic points and keep discussing the status around this. - Being presented in detail.
4. There are 28 posts on the DDCLICS AIMS Portal, with 700 volunteers have applied.
5. Application, recruitment, and training process for the COVID Warriors has been started.
6. The ward wise information with the team list is ready.
7. i-INVENT: The technology platforms for the Front End i.eDDCLICS Project Portal for the team to collaborate and work + Back end which is the DDCLICSCitizens
8. DD CLICS Terminology and intent explained/agreed.

1. A daily session will be scheduled to get the COVID Warriors up to speed with the DDCLICS Portal+their roles and responsibilities.
2. The queries from the session will be posted on the DDCLICS portal and the responsible team member will respond to the Q&A.

4. The IMA president of Hubbali Mr.Kiran has the list of doctor's details with their involvement on DDCLICS, the doctors will start to register on DDCLICS, the Doctor list from Hubballi will be shared to Ottilie within the next 2 days.
5. Tie president Mr.Handa - Will take on the responsibility to involve the community on DDCLICS, this community will involve themselves as volunteers + look at how these COVID warriors can be supported in their initiatives and re-enforcement.
6. The COVID Warriors can also start online by updating the DDCLICS portal with videos and GIFs that can be used as awareness material during the pandemic, the benchmark videos have been updated on the portal.
7. Recruitments + Training +Fine tuning of the technology platforms+ Discussion on the 5 focus areas pertaining to the Progress, Plan/Next Steps, AOI/risks have to be discussed, the plan is to have the discussions at least every 2days.
8. A platform to encourage plasma donors.
9. Sunday 26th meeting to be scheduled to check the progress around noon preferably IST - The scheduled to be planned.

1. The ID's for the COVID Warriors can be provided both in hard/soft copy, the soft copy will be a quicker process.
2. The COVID Warriors are not supposed to move forward without the id cards. They can kick start with the training.
3. BVB has shared the COVID Warriors google forms with all their students approx 4000 and they are waiting on for the official letter from the DC office to plan the collaboration with their administration - Ottilie will provide a reminder tomorrow to the DC to provide the required documentation.
4. The plan/strategy to select/checking their eligibility is to see how they are interacting on the DDCLICS portal.
5. The selected/shortlisted COVID Warriors will be provided access to the DDCLICS project portal and assigned duties/tasks inline with what the leadership has set. The leadership will have access to this portal to see the status/progress of the work. This verification will enable us to create online passes on the map per ward, the process will is to get the shortlisted members on the DDCLICS project portal --Assign the e-card----The e-card will be on the DDCLICS Map this is on authentication/security side of if we all agree too.
6. Virtual doctor guidelines are required to be established so that it can be included on the DDCLICS Portal under the Doctor consultation section.
7. Well Being and Mindfulness Session: All the Brainstorm/sessions will be designed and curated and posted on social media after approvals from the leadership. This is 80% completed.
8. Guidelines for All the 5 focus areas have to be incorporated so all the teams on the same page.
9. All the data will be centralized on DDCLICS google which will be owned by the Administration once the initial set up is complete. This will be the central repository.
10. Form C approval required from DC / Commissioner office for the Doctors to contribute their services in civil defense, but they can start as COVID Warrior.
11. Ottilie will need to email the COVID Warrior list to DC office, HDMC Office, and DCF office by tomorrow.
12. Ottilie has the Doctors list who have registered + the list from IMA Dharwad by Satish Irakal will need to email DC office, HDMC Office, and DCF office also to Abhi from i-INVENT.
13. Ottilie to meet the DIMHANS Director tomorrow and co-ordinate for the 10 lines for consultation, an intimation has been made to DIMHANS and BSNL from DC office.
14. The awareness content in terms of videos or GIFS can be shared on social media.
15. Holding and banners in the community to create awareness during this pandemic - The content needs to be approved from HDMC, Directions to HDMC have been given to use cartoons in the holding or banners to create attraction and the content creation is being done, anyone can feel free to share the content but this will need to be approved by the HDMC commissioner.
16. Interview from the key people from the Hubballi-Dharwad channel+plasma donors to be broadcasted on the radio/TV channels.
17. Action to be taken in transport vehicles where social distancing is not maintained.
