Batch 2 Training Session As a part of DDCLICS panel, conducted online training on DDCLICS to 9 different government schools, for HM’s, Teachers and Curators on 27th September 2021 batch 2, 1pm - 2pm, As the session had both translation in English and Kannada to the HM’s, Teachers and Curators. I had covered the entire session with translating in Kannada.

Today I really felt that I am improving a lot with conducting training programs and handling the session with style of expression of words and being a effective coordinator. Today, 25th September 2021, As a part of DDCLICS panel, conducted online training on DDCLICS to 8 government schools, for HM's, Teachers and Curators. The Feedback of session was really amazing, as the HM's, Teachers appreciated the style of explanation and all really liked the training and clarified their queries. And Entire Session was really amazing. Hence, this helps me to share my AIMS. And also very happy to be a part of training sessions.

Hello I am 12 years old(still). I am in 8th grade currently. I have a passion now for watching movies and Netflix shows. I specifically like the series Outer Banks. I like running for Cross Country, and my 2 mile time is 16 minutes. My favorite subject is History. I have a lot of friends, and I have pretty decent grades.

On 16th, 17th and 18th September With the DDCLICS team conducted DDCLICS training session with the government schools-teachers and curators. Explained them about the training with introduction to DDCLICS and objectives and the website in which 4 sections are present as Specific school CLICS, Students, Events and PTA (parents, teachers association) in both the English and Kannada language. This was an interactive sessions with Teachers and curators on online webx. These sessions are helping me to build a strong communicator, clarifying the doubts of the teachers and curators and even leadership qualities, which helps to my course (Agriculture Business management, where communication is important)

As a part of DDCLICS Panel I conducted 3 sessions with DDCLICS Team with teachers, Curators of government schools. I had a role of translating English to Kannada to with teachers. I had learnt many skills like explaining proper words, pronunciation and skills of communication. This translation helped me to speak in both English and Kannada language.

6. Forgot about Sherlock holmes discussed how he observed because he was there attentive , not distracted, if we are distracted then by balancing and coming to our breath
7. Tenuka story on Scholar who tried crossing the bridge on knees: to be humble is moral
8. Hiroshima/Nagasaki atom bomb : they broke one atom .. so imagine the amount of energy we have with trillions of atoms
9. Ideas behind the water experiment: 1. How to conduct experiments/observation/reflection, 2. to try and solve our problems/challenges with what we have, 3. Trying the solution in small way (proto typing)

Session:

1. How to conduct experiments: Set Up, Have a paper pencil, Write the set up or what you do each time, Then observe what happens, Write the observation
2. After trying 3 to 9 various combinations or set up, review what you set up/did and what happened
3. Then write the conclusion - if any
4. Then start the new set up and observation
