O- Organizing It is the process of bringing together physical, financial and human resources and developing productive relationship amongst them for achievement of organizational goals. S-Staffing Acquiring, training, and developing a qualified workforce to carry out the tasks necessary for achieving organizational goals. D-Directing Leading, motivating, and communicating with employees to ensure that they are effectively carrying out their assigned tasks. C-Controlling Monitoring performance, comparing it with predetermined standards, and taking corrective action when necessary to ensure that objectives are being met.

The session that held on 26th of February. We talk about the leadership skills. There are three parts in the leadership skills. They are impartial, focus and responsibility. Impartial and neutral is connecting with people skills. Focus and responsibly is connecting with personal skills. So the people skills and personal skills connect with leadership skills.
