Health has a direct impact on our personality in terms of how we behave ,what we think and the decisions we make. It is very important for students/children to develop new skills that will help them grow holistically in this complex and competitive world. Learning a new skill is an exercise for our brain, it will help one to be more adaptive, enables problem solving ability , boots one's confidence and helps one to be more goal oriented. Learning new skills will enable students/children avoid bad habits /addictions as it keeps them focused.  The important skills that one has to learn and develop is the 3P's skills - Personal Skills I People Skills I Project skills.
