Health has a direct impact on our personality in terms of how we behave ,what we think and the decisions we make. Overview -  Abbreviation of POSDC - Planning I Organizing I Staffing I Directing I Controlling. This session focused on the widely used management function/concept POSDC. Since the schools are geared more towards project-based learning for their students so that they get more practical exposure towards the subjects they are learning, hence understanding the POSDC functions and applying these functions to their projects will enable the students to do their projects in a more efficient and effective manner with best results.  This session will enable the students to apply the POSDC function / concepts to the projects they are working and most importantly meet the 3 importance criteria's of any project that is time management, task management and expectations management. It is very important for students/children to develop new skills that will help them grow holistically in this complex and competitive world. Learning a new skill is an exercise for our brain, it will help one to be more adaptive, enables problem solving ability , boots one's confidence and helps one to be more goal oriented. Learning new skills will enable students/children avoid bad habits /addictions as it keeps them focused.  The important skills that one has to learn and develop is the 3P's skills - Personal Skills I People Skills I Project skills. This session on SWOT Analysis will enable our students to develop a strategic mindset and understand their unique Strengths, weaknesses (areas of improvements), opportunities, and threats that will help them achieve a clear picture of where they stand in their pursuits. This methodology will also give them an idea of identifying their goals and help them set realistic goals be it in their academies or for their career.   Expanding on the SWOT Analysis a methodology - Strengths – Identifying their strengths within oneself, students can leverage them to their advantage in their pursuits.Weakness – Recognizing the weaknesses within them helps them address areas that require improvement.Opportunities – Based on the strengths their identify they can connect to the opportunities that they can grab be it in their academies, career opportunities or starting up their own idea.Threats – Based on their identify weakness within them they will get an picture of the obstacles they would encounter if they don’t work / correct their weakness.
