Overview – This session on Oral health and hygine was condcued by Dr. Preetha J Shetty, BDS,MDSI Professor, Department of Public Health Dentistry, SDM College of Dental Sciences and Hospital, Sattur, Dharwad. Dr. Preetha J Shetty shared details and practices of to take care of our dental health, plus how having good dental health will help us to speak clearly and maintain a good face structure, how to brush rightly and the right food we need to consume. She also told the students stay away from consumption of tobacoo to avoid mouth cancer like diseases.

This week she thought 4 of them on the topic – Plastic waste.She also shared couple of her drawing on DDCLICS.Basava – Has shifted to tree plantation project at her home where she is growing trees that have medicinal values.Soubhagya – Shared about the organic manuer project she is working along with 5 other team members from her school, the manuer is coming out well and they have started using it for the plantation at their school and seeing good results.Aishath – Share about the tress plantation project she has taken up at her schools along with her juniours.#4. Overview - This topic was curated and conducted by Dr. Umesh Hallikeri, MBBS MD. Consultant Oncopathologist at The Karnataka Cancer Therapy and Research Institute ,Navanagar, Hubballi and Secretary, Indian Red Cross Society, Dharwad. During this session Dr. Umesh Hallikeri explained to the children how drugs/tobacoo consumption can harm our physical and mental health, he also shared the harmful ingridients used to make drugs/tobacoo. The doctor also shared that one should not be influded by influencial people promoting drugs/tobacoo and not got enage with people who are consume it. Dr. Umesh Hallikeri told the children in order to stay aways from drugs/tobacoo we need to practise good habits, learn new skills,have a goal to focus in life and more over focus on their studies and career.

Overview – This session was conducted Shravini Paward owner of Safe Hands 24X7 also positively contributing to the private Security Industry in Karnataka and also the treasurer Rotary Club Hubli Central. The entire session was designed to provoke the students thoughts on Decision making and taking charge of their own self which was connected stories in line with "we attract what we think" so how we think matters in our decision making.She said that we should learn and take advices from everyone but need to take the decision is best for us. She also connected her life story on how she built her self and now how she is inpiring others to building their life by creating more employment opportunities for under privileged men and women through her Safe Hands 24X7 entrepreneurial idea.
