Watch /Listen: 3P’s skill development session held on 4th September@ at Government High School Vishweashwarnagar, by clicking here – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6DJUoQLIc54 Topic: The 3 Pillars in One’s Life Overview: In today’s session, we explored the concept of the three foundational pillars that shape an individual’s life—Health, Education, and Career. These pillars are essential for holistic growth and development, and they play a crucial role in every stage of life. The children were encouraged to reflect on how each pillar contributes to their overall well-being and future success:

  • Health provides the physical and mental strength needed to pursue goals.
  • Education lays the groundwork for knowledge, critical thinking, and informed decision-making.
  • Career offers purpose, financial stability, and a platform to apply one’s skills and talents.
We emphasised that while each pillar is important on its own, true success and fulfilment come from maintaining a balance among all three. Prioritising one at the cost of the others can lead to an unsteady foundation. By nurturing all three, individuals can lead a more meaningful and well-rounded life. It was also related how the 3P's skill program(Personal, People and Project/Professional skills) helps in improving each of these pillars. The students were also encouraged to join the paid internship program to join the IINVENT ME Paid internship program by submitting their details to the form by visiting https://iinventme.org/paid-internship/ to qualify themselves to win Qualify and win: Stipend, Awards, Grants, Scholarships, Recognitions, and more.
