During this session, he covered the below – 1. Importance of education and how it will help them in their holistic growth. He also emphasised that every child must complete their degree, complete their education at least till their degree, so that they may have a stable future. He also mentioned to them that they should avoid shortcuts, laziness, or choosing the easy path, especially in education and career pursuits, as true success comes from consistent effort and commitment and what they receive for free that will support you in your health, education, and career pursuits, be it from your parents, government etc to be considered them as an opportunity and make the best use of them to grow holistically, and please do not waste them. I was also emphasised that our lives are very much dependent on our health; if we have good health, we will be able to study/work better and also enjoy and be happy in our lives. He also taught a few physical exercises and meditation that the students need to do on a day-to-day basis to develop concentration skills. Note – During the session, MCKS Food for the Hungry Foundation donated 213 geometry boxes to 213 students, worth 23,439 INR and 84 notebooks to grade 10th std. students.
