The conversation focused on how embracing these principles can support their holistic growth and future career pursuits. The session emphasised the importance of maintaining balance in life, staying open to new ideas and feedback, and developing a continuous learning mindset. Such skills are essential for both personal growth and long-term success. Plan/Next Steps – 1.Quarterly event on 9th Oct I 8pm IST -

1. The dry run to the quartely event is scheduled on 8th Oct, the invite will be sent to the required participants to join.
2. The main event is scheduled on 9th Oct I 8pm IST - the interns are requested to join and paticipate.
3. All the 3 artists have confirmed their availabilty for the dry and main event.

2.The interns are requested to conduct sessions in line with their projects that can be broadcast live; they can work with Gerard on their schedule. Current Thushara and Nethmi are the only 2 interns who are conducting sessions every week. 3. The interns who want to present their project every month should let Gerard know during this meeting (the week prior) so that the session can be set up, and the scores will be included in the evaluation for this project. This Friday at 8:30 pm, Aishath will be presenting her project. 4. Project update – Interns to update the AIMS section of their CLICS by Monday with the numbers and facts backed with pictures by creating specific links using Google Drive links. On Tuesday, come prepared to present their project in English. 5. They were encouraged to understand that discipline is essential for developing good habits and achieving holistic growth—mentally, emotionally, and physically. It was explained that discipline is not about restrictions, but rather a set of rules and self-regulations that help us stay in control of our actions and decisions. By following a disciplined routine, we become more focused, responsible, and better prepared to face challenges in life. A couple of practical tips on how to practice discipline in daily life were also shared with the children to help them apply these principles effectively. The session highlighted that discipline plays a key role in shaping our character and is essential for leading a balanced and successful life.

During this session, he covered the below – Importance of education and how it will help them in their holistic growth. He also emphasised that every child must complete their education, at least up to the degree level, so that they may have a stable future.It was also mentioned to them that they should avoid shortcuts, laziness, or choosing the easy path, especially in education and career pursuits, as true success comes from consistent effort and commitment and what they receive for free that will support you in your health, education, and career pursuits, be it from your parents, government etc to be considered them as an opportunity and make the best use of them to grow holistically, and please do not waste them.It was also emphasised that our lives are highly dependent on our health; if we have good health, we will be able to study/work better, and also enjoy and be happy in our lives.He also taught a few physical exercises and meditation that the students need to do on a day-to-day basis to develop concentration skills. We thank MCKS Food for the Hungry Foundation for donating #30 notebooks to the students of State home for women and child development.
