Overview - During the session today, the importance of awareness and discipline in enabling the ability to concentrate on tasks and goals was emphasised to the children. And it was emphasised that one should choose their career based on – How it will benefit them, how it would benefit the community/people and how it would benefit others. Belief – To reach our goal, we must have self-belief that we can achieve it.
  • HOW – The Process
The steps /process/short-term goals needed to achieve/reach their career goals.Emphasis on developing relevant skills and completing their education.
  • WHAT – Actions / Self-Evaluation
Self-evaluation of every step/process/short-term goals needed to achieve/reach their career goals to identify areas of improvement..The self-evaluation is to be done honestly on a weekly, quarterly, and annual basis.
