The summary of the session on 17th of November. It is conducted by sir Abhi. First we shared our experiences of previous week and what we payed attention and what we not payed attention. Next Abhi sir asked question from us. When we are fear, what should we do to overcome fear?

  • Balance.
  • Pray the god.
  • Pay attention.
  • Breathe.
  • Count the breathe.
So the important thing is that if we start to feeling fear or anxious about something, we talk about it with friends, with others. We see that it goes away. We should try to always to be in the present. It is a most important thing and it help to do our works successfully.
