These are my ideas according to the Brainstorm Session. In this year I really thank for all the things that happened. I think the things that happened are the things that should be happen. So I think we should thank all the things that happen. Be it good or bad. We should only think that all the things are happening to our good. So I thank for the whole year and for the experiences. The connection between WHY HOW WHAT: After you understand the WHY which is your PURPOSE or VISION and based on the WHY you put in a call to action that is the HOW which is the PROCESS to accomplish your WHY that provides your result, the WHAT questions is used to evaluate your result and may the result be good or not per the expectations you need to understand WHAT can be done better and then you need to start from the WHY, HOW and WHAT Concept which is a circle and a circle has no ends.
