Why:
This Rotary Bengeri School’s Center for Learning, Innovation, Creativity and Startup (CLICS) has been launched for the students, parents, businesses, leadership and the district public offices in the region to work cohesively on sustainable projects that help our students, community and environment grow.
How:
Students may start on innovative learning programs and projects, professionals/parents may start up on their ideas from home and institutions/communities may launch their own CLICS for schools or work.
What:
CLICS will provide the grants, platform, program: curriculum/skill development, projects+opportunities, technology and expertise to enable sustainable ideas that help one and all in the region to grow.
Who:
All age groups may join with. Students, individuals, teachers, parents, professionals, businesses, public/government sectors are invited to join.
When:
Timings are flexible and you may join at your own convenience.
Where:
You may join remotely with an internet connected device or on premise where available.

STEAM Session: Management & Skill Development Topic: Project Management Standard Tasklist using the 3 Management concepts discussed The project Management standard task list is what a Project Manager uses as tasks manage a project in terms of the outcomes and expectations- This derived from the concepts been discussed i.e. Time Task and Expectations. Golden Circle – Why I How I What. 5 Management function – POSDC. The Tasks as explained below : Task #1: Requirement list from the client – Asking the client or customer what do they require. The concept Golden Circle Why = purpose I How = process I What = Result/Desired outcome is used to get the requirements from the client. Task #2:On Board resources – Staffing which is the 3 management function(POSDC) is applied. Task #3: Key Milestones – The milestone is set up to know the main deliverables of the project.
