Topic – Guitar lessons – Learning to play papatriotic song jana gana mana notes on the guitar.

Overview –
Today’s session was conducted by Akhil Kalal a B pharmacy student, music teacher and an iINVENT intern. 

In todays session Akhil practised with the notes on how to play the papatriotic song jana gana mana, the 7 students who are going to plan on August 15th did a rehersal and the feedback was provided,plusa review was done on what the new students who have joined this institute have learned from the guitar from the students who are made a leaders to teach .

Assignment –

• Practice the song “jana gana mana” on the guitar along with singing and plan within 1 min.
• The existing students to teach the new students the guitar basics, if the new students have any question they can ask Akhil in the next session

Topic : Introduction to 3P’s skills and developing the skill of listening and obervation.

Overview –
In todays session it was discussed with the students on how the 3P’s skill( Personal skills, People skills and Project skills) will help them in 3 priorities as students that is health,education and goal for their holistic growth.
Plus they also learnt the importance of developing the skills of listening and observing with concentration and how it would help them quick learns and learn any subjects,launguages, skills and complete their project/work more effectively and efficiently.

The students were gudied on how they can join the iINVENT Paid Internship Program and qualify to win prizes and grants.

Topic – Substance Abuse/Tobacoo awarness.

Overview –
This topic was curated and conducted by Dr. Umesh Hallikeri, MBBS MD. Consultant Oncopathologist at The Karnataka Cancer Therapy and Research Institute ,Navanagar,
Hubballi and Secretary, Indian Red Cross Society, Dharwad.

During this session Dr. Umesh Hallikeri explained to the children how drugs/tobacoo consumption can harm our physical and mental health, he also shared the harmful ingridients used to make drugs/tobacoo. The doctor also shared that one should not be influded by influencial people promoting drugs/tobacoo and not got enage with people who are consume it. Dr. Umesh Hallikeri told the children in order to stay aways from drugs/tobacoo we need to practise good habits, learn new skills,have a goal to focus in life and more over focus on their studies and career.

Topic – Baiscs of drawing.

Overview –
Today’s session was condcuted by Annapoorna Limbikai as a freelancing artist and drawing lecturer. She taught the chidren how to draw flowers and trees in a simple way and what they need to do to improve their drawing skills.
