Topic: 3P’s skill + Develop the skill to listening and observation –

Overview –
During this session, the students learned how health, education/learning, and having a goal in life contribute to their overall growth, and these aspects will be a part of their entire life and line with this how the 3P’s skill program(personal skills, people skills, and project skills will help them achieve good health, increase their learning curve and enable reach their goals.

Plus they also learned the importance of developing the skills of listening and observing with concentration and how it would help them to become quick learners and learn any subjects, languages, and skills, and complete their project/work more effectively and efficiently.

The students were also encouraged to join/apply to the iINVENT Pain Internship program to get a chance to win awards and grants by visiting iinventme.org/internship

Recognization & Awards – – The top performers from our student community who have performed the best over the last 3 months in line with the ongoing internship competition were announced under 3 specific categories: 1. Institutes/ team qualification, 2.NEW interns who joined in this past quarter (ending Sep 30), 3. Top performers for the past quarter (ending Sep 30) in contention for annual cash awards and awards will be announced during the annual brainstorm in July of 2025. Topic – SWOT Analaysis –

Overview –

In today’s session, the students learned what SWOT analysis is 0 (S – strengths I W – weaknesses I O – opportunities I T – threats) and how they can apply it to themselves towards understanding/identifying what are they strengths and the opportunities they identify and what are they weakness and why they need to work on them to avoid becoming a threat/obstacle in their pursuits.

Assignments –

• The students need to create the SWOT analysis and present it during the next session.

Topic – Guitar Lesson: Practice + learn to play a new song.
Overview –
Today’s session was conducted by Akhil Kalal a B pharmacy student, music teacher, and an iINVENT intern.

In today’s session, learned to play a new Kannada song on major chords and practiced, how to strum a guitar was again revised with them.
