Overview – During this session, the students learned how they can effectively and efficiently manage maintenance activities. The following 3 questions they need to keep in mind – WHY – Need to communicate to the maintenance team about the purpose/story of what they would be maintaining, so that they get connected to it and feel a sense of belonging, so that they will take on their responsibilities well. HOW – Need to communicate maintenance team – The start and completion times of the maintenance window/schedule. Who do they need to report to about the progress or issues.WHAT – Need to communicate with the maintenance team as to what tasks they need to do as part of the maintenance.
