Overview –

In today’s session, it was discussed with the audience that our mind is our core strength above all species and with this, we can create wonders. The following points were discussed to grow our minds –

1. To grow our minds, we need to have a balanced lifestyle through which we gain experience, knowledge and awarness.
2. Education and Learning from everything and everyone, and every result.
3. Develop the skill of concentration – concentrate on whatever we do as work or daily activities.

We should point life in the direction of these 3 pillars, which will help us in our learning curve, gain experience and awareness and enable us to become the best version of ourselves. Balance – Having a balanced lifestyle helps us grow in our health both physically and mentally, plus helps us to be aware of how things work around us. The key to practising balance is to have a timetable which includes our daily activities. Open – We should be open with our near and dear ones and share what we will right and be honest towards what we share, this helps us to build good and healthy relationships. Topic – Identifying and working towards one’s goal.

Overview –

In today’s session, it was discussed with the children that they should opt for a goal in life/career path they would want to achieve based on their passion/interests, skills and strengths and not by following anyone blindly.

The golden circle rule was explained in line with identifying and working towards one’s goal to achieve it.

THE GOLDEN CIRCLE –

• WHY – The purpose of your goal: What is the case, and why do you believe you can achieve it?
• HOW – The process to reach one’s goal.
• WHAT – What measure will you take to evaluate if you are in the right direction towards achieving your goal?
