Overview –
The 3P’s skill ( Personal,People and Project skills) was introducted to the children and it was explained as to how it will helps in their over all development.
“SWOT Analysis”.
Overview –Abbreviation of SWOT – Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats.
This session on SWOT Analysis will enable our students to understand their Strengths within them and what opportunities they foresee externally based on their strengths, plus also help them identify their weaknesses and why one should work on them and if they don’t what could be the possible threats that would be a obstacle for their holistic growth.

Overview –
The 3P’s skill was introducted to the children and it was explained as to how it will help in their over all development.
This session on Oral health and hygine was condcued by Dr. Preetha J Shetty, BDS,MDSI Professor, Department of Public Health Dentistry, SDM College of Dental Sciences and Hospital, Sattur, Dharwad.
Dr. Preetha J Shetty shared dental health and hygine tips of how to take care of our dental health plus its importance with the children and how it comes under personal skills, she also mentioned that students have to be healthy by practicing good habits ,developing new skill and to do good in their studies to make a good career. She also mentioned to the children to stay away from tobacoo due to its cancer causing effects.

Overview – Since communication is important in today’s era be it written or oral, learning how to effecively communicate is the key. So in todays session the children learned the 7C’s to effiectively communicate through any form for comminication and how they can use it now as a student and later in their carrer. This topic comes under personal skills as we need to develop it to commincate effectively and people skills as we use communication to share our train of thoughts with people/others. The 7 C’S of effective communication as noted below – CLARITY.CONCISENESS.CONSISTENCY.COMPLETENESS.COURTESY.CONNECTION.CONFIDENCE. In today’s session the children learnt the importance of why we need to live a healthy life style and how it will help them towards persuing their goals and focusing on their studies and their overall developmet of us, it was also disucssed as to praticing good habits, developing new skills and having balanced life style will help us lead a healthy life style.

Overview – This session was conducted by Dr Deepti Joshi , MS, FIPO , Pediatric Ophthalmologist at M M Joshi Eye Institute Hubli, Co Chair for Masoom: Young Indians, Hubli – Dharwad (an anti child sexual abuse vertical). In todays session Dr Deepti Joshi shared with the children the importance of cyber safety and what they should and should not be doing over the internet/while using social media and how to prevent themselves from becomes victmes of cyber crimes. She also mentioned that it not always good to belive what is shown on the social media and also not to make our lives public on social media plus not be become social media adicts. Overview – This session was conducted by Dr. Umesh Hallikeri, MBBS MD. Consultant Oncopathologist at The Karnataka Cancer Therapy and Research Institute ,Navanagar, Hubballi and Secretary, Indian Red Cross Society, Dharwad. During this session Dr. Umesh Hallikeri explained to the children how drugs/tobacoo consumption can harm our physical and mental health, he also shared the harmful ingridients used to make drugs/tobacoo. The doctor also shared that one should not be influded by influencial people promoting drugs/tobacoo and not got enage with people who are consume it. Dr. Umesh Hallikeri told the children in order to stay aways from drugs/tobacoo we need to practise good habits, learn new skills,have a goal to focus in life and more over focus on their studies and career.
