This session focused on how performing daily tasks and continuously learning new skills can contribute to overall health and well-being. The session also highlighted the importance of good physical and mental health, as it helps one to learn better, work efficiently, and live happily. Simple physical exercises and meditation techniques were also taught, which students are encouraged to practice daily to improve their concentration and focus.
