They learned about the 3Cs of effective communication — Clarity, Conciseness, and Completeness — and how these principles help them express their ideas, feelings, and opinions effectively and efficiently. The session emphasized that when we speak clearly, briefly, and with complete information, our message becomes easier to understand and more impactful. #3.Plan/Next Steps – 1. The interns were requested to keep up with meeting this program criteria, asafter this month we will have only 1 quarters for this year. 2. Project update – Interns to update the AIMS section of their CLICS by Monday with the numbers and facts backed with pictures by creating specific links using Google Drive links. On Tuesday, come prepared to present their project in English. (Note the pics have to be uploaded by blurring the faces.)The AIMS post will be considered invalid if the Google Drive link is not updated with the relevant/supporting project pics with the right access for anyone to view with the link. 3. The interns are requested to conduct sessions in line with their projects that can be broadcast live. 4. The interns are requested to kick start on the project presentations from the following week. Need to let Gerard know that a week prior to the session can be planned on Thursday at 8 pm IST. 5. A good idea is one that helps us as individuals, the community, and the environment grow. Such ideas are bound to lead to success. An idea is said to be successful when we consider ourselves one with the community and nature, and grow together. The 3 Steps to start working and bring one's idea to life -

• Catch an Idea – Write down the ideas that come to you. Make notes so they don’t get lost.

• Plant the Idea – Start discussing and sharing your ideas with like-minded people. This helps the idea take shape.

• Grow the Idea – Begin working on your idea consistently and turn it into action.

3P’s skill development online session held on 26 Feb @ Govt. Higher Primary School Ashoknagar – PFA Topic – Importance of exams and well-being Overview – This session was conducted by Smt. Jayashree from MCKS Food for the Hungry Foundation. During the session today, it was mentioned to the students that examinations help students understand their learning, identify areas for improvement, and build confidence. They teach discipline, responsibility, and good study habits, while also preparing students for future studies and life challenges. Exams are not meant to create fear, but to support gradual learning and personal growth. The session also highlighted the importance of good physical and mental health, as it helps students study better, work efficiently, and live happily. Simple physical exercises and meditation techniques were taught, which students should practice daily to improve concentration and focus. We thank MCKS Food for the Hungry Foundation for donating 150 notebooks to the students of this school to support their exams.

They were also encouraged to focus on their education and learning, as it plays a significant role in shaping their future and personal growth. The key aspects that may help one to do better in their education/learning were as shared below- 1. Discipline – Following a routine/time table and staying committed to learning, being organised. 2. Concentration – Giving full attention to the task at hand without distractions. 3. Dedication – Showing genuine interest and putting in consistent effort to improve. 4 . Patience and Perseverance –  – (Patience) Understanding that learning is a gradual process and results do not come immediately. -(Perseverance)It involves staying calm when concepts are difficult, accepting mistakes as part of learning, and continuing to put in effort even when progress feels slow. With consistent perseverance, challenges turn into learning opportunities, and growth becomes steady and lasting. 5 . Practice – Repeating and applying what is learned regularly to build confidence and mastery.

Of Fashion and Apparel Design, by clicking here – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VltU1lQHjEQ Topic: Good Touch and Bad Touch Overview – This session was conducted by Dr Deepti Joshi, who is currently working as a Pediatric Ophthalmologist at M M Joshi Eye Institute, Hubli, Karnataka. In addition, she is professionally taking care of Children’s eyes, and she is passionately involved in various activities about safeguarding children against child sexual abuse. She was a pioneer in conducting an activity to educate 2300 teachers at a single time in a single place in the year 2020, which was enrolled in the Limca Book of World Records.  During this session, she explained to the children/inmates that the following key points were discussed –

1. Understanding Good Touch and Bad Touch, and its causes.
2. Measures to protect/safeguard themselves against Bad Touch/sexual abuse.
3. How can Bad Touch/sexual abuse occur over social media platforms/digitally, and what can they do to protect themselves.
