How to practise discipline -

  1. Set a timetable of your daily tasks and follow it.
  2. Make #3 rules and strictly follow them, and they need to be in line with your health, education and goal/career pursuits, which are the 3 priorities in one life and holistic growth.
  3. Follow the rules and regulations at your home, school and country.
#3.Plan/Next Steps – 1. The interns were requested to keep up with meeting this program criteria, as after this month we will have only 1 quarter for this year. 2. Project update – Interns to update the AIMS section of their CLICS by Monday with the numbers and facts backed with pictures by creating specific links using Google Drive links. On Tuesday, come prepared to present their project in English. (Note the pics have to be uploaded by blurring the faces.)The AIMS post will be considered invalid if the Google Drive link is not updated with the relevant/supporting project pics with the right access for anyone to view with the link. 3. The interns are requested to conduct sessions in line with their projects that can be broadcast live. 4. The interns are requested to kick start on the project presentations from the following week. Need to let Gerard know that a week before the session can be planned on Thursday at 8 pm IST. 5. Overview – This session on Oral health and hygiene was conducted by Dr. Akshatha from SDM College of Dental Sciences/NSS Dept. and Hospital, Sattur, Dharwad. Dr Akshatha shared details and practices of taking care of our dental health, plus how having good dental health will help us to speak clearly and maintain a good facial structure, how to brush correctly, and the right food we need to consume. She also told the students to stay away from the consumption of tobacco to avoid mouth cancer-like diseases.

  1. KLE BVBTech University - Gerard is working with the CEER Dept. lead by Mr.Kaushik, as instructed by B.L Desai sir.
  2. Rotary club - This will be taken up in June by Dr Nagareakha who we worked in the past, who will take on the president role.
  3. TIE-Sashidhar - Gerard reached out over a phone call, but no response.
  4. Special need institutions/leadership - Smt. Kukanoor madam Deputy Director, has connected Gerard with Smt. Savita Kale, the Dist. officer, will coordinate and make sure that we can run projects at these institutions and will also share a notice. But we can start from the coming academic year, as the schools will start with exams and later holidays until 31st May.
  5. Neha Nemiraj Shete - family grant/ volunteer submission - follow-up via email, no response.
  6. Rajeshwari Bankar Madam KLE BVB - A session was not scheduled with Children's Home for boys, Unkal Hubli, but she did not respond. Gerard will inform Abhi just in case if he is not able to connect with her.

#5.Sessions -
  1. Mr.Abhi - he will continue with the AMITSU and Observation home (design session) per week, and 2 virtual sessions for next month.
  2. The plan is to release one book.
  3. Projects and partner details will let Gerard know in the annual report discussions. There were 2 additional websites designed for partner review and feedback.
  4. Roopa (Thursdays/Fridays), Ojas (Weekdays), and Sid (Weekends) will share a couple of scheduled sessions to conduct at least one per month and if will be appreciated to start from this month, along with the topics. The request is to share 2-3 time slots that is convienct for Indian time to Gerard.
  5. The goal is to get the partners, teachers and family members involved towaards conducted sessions.
  6. There might be a fall in sessions with the schools starting with exams and holidays.

  1. There are a few interns who have corrected their forms from last year's internship awards as requested. Need to discuss this in our annual meeting.
  2. Shankar will send the subscription fees for the app to learn AI after his exams.
