During this session, Basava shared the goal, accomplishments, and next steps/plan of her project, she also mentioned how the internship program/3P skills have helped her in this project. She also mentioned that she has taught 4 elder citizens between the age group of 55-70 years and the syllabus she covered thus far is basic Kannada to read and write, basic concepts of mathematics, awareness lessons, and also taught them to make their signatures. As the next steps, she plans to work with her teachers and see how she could make her classes/this project more interesting, plus try to include 2-4 more elder citizens to join her classes. The session that held on 14th of October. Last Monday Abhi sir thought us our mistakes of last Thursday session we discussed our mistakes. First sir asked us three questions and we answered them. The questions are, 1. How to convence with anyone?

  • Understand what they ask from us.
  • Listening well.
  • Explain everything correctly and clearly.
  • Be honest.
2. How to overcoming the fear on the stage?
  • Be relax.
  • Pray the god.
  • Practised well.
  • Learning from our mistakes.
  • Hard work for getting best result.
3. What do we need to do to get our project for a first place?
  • Explain about our project.
  • Explain what we do in our project, why we do it, ideas, benefits, how it helps us in
honestly.
  • Understand the point.
  • Listening well.
Things to do when cunducting a conversation correctly.
  1. Listening carefully.
  2. Understanding everything.
  3. Explanation of our point correctly.
Communication mean conversation. If we follow above facts, we can convence with others successfully.

  1. Soubhagaya – She shared the updates on her Organic manure project, she mentioned that to strengthen the manure she and her team added 2 kg of goat dung, and they visited a goat farm.
  2. Kavya – She shared the updates of her Literacy program for senior citizens, she taught 5 senior citizens about the value of knowledge and also how to read and write basic words in Kannada.
SCLICS –

Mihina – She shared updates on her gardening and organic manure project, she mentioned due to the heavy rains some of her plantations were damaged which also affected the organic manure and they are working on finding a solution how to protect their work in the future from the rains.   1. Nishadhi – She shared updates on her gardening project, she mentioned due to the heavy rains some of her plantations were damaged, but some of her plantations like the chilli and passion fruit are growing well.
