Overview:
In today’s session, we discussed the three key pillars of life: Health, Education, and Career. Students reflected on how each contributes to their overall well-being and future success. The importance of maintaining balance among all three was discussed.
The children were introduced to the iINVENT ME Paid internship program and were encouraged to apply to this program to qualify themselves for grants and scholarships by visiting –

Topic – Good Idea
Overview –During today’s session, the children were guided to understand what makes a good idea.
A good idea helps us as individuals, the community, and the environment to grow. Such ideas naturally lead to success.
An idea is considered truly successful when we see ourselves as one with the community and nature, and when we grow together. The interns were guided to work on a similar project.
The concept of how to Catch + Plant + Grow an idea was discussed.

During this session, he covered the below – Importance of education and how it will help them in their holistic growth. She also emphasised that every child must complete their education, at least up to the degree level, so that they may have a stable future. It was also mentioned to them that they should avoid shortcuts, laziness, or choosing the easy path, especially in education and career pursuits, as true success comes from consistent effort and commitment and what they receive for free that will support you in your health, education, and career pursuits, be it from your parents, government etc to be considered them as an opportunity and make the best use of them to grow holistically, and please do not waste them. Topic: Importance of developing the skill of concentration –
Overview:
In today’s session, it was emphasised to the students that they need to develop the skill of concentration, because when we concentrate and do our work, it helps to bring the best out of us, and to be successful in our pursuits, we should develop the skill of concentration.
How to practice concentration –
Concentrate on small things that you do as a part of your daily activities, like walking, eating, brushing, bathing, cycling, and playing.
Pray to get the strength to concentrate if you get diverted by thinking about the past or future.
If you are not able to concentrate, then breathe in and breathe out by counting your breath.

Overview –
We commit mistakes when we do not have awareness and concentrate, or when we seek attention for ourselves. We all commit mistakes, but we need to learn from our mistakes and try not to commit the same mistake in future.
To avoid committing mistakes, we need to have awareness that comes from our education and learning from every result and everyone and concentrate on our responsibilities/ work we do. If we concentrate and do our work, it helps to bring the best out of us, and to be successful in our pursuits, we should develop the skill of concentration.

Overview –
During the session, the importance of communicating using the 3 C’s of effective communication — Clarity, Consistency, and Completeness — was discussed as key elements that help us communicate better. It was also highlighted that while communicating, we must understand our audience and express our ideas in a way that even a 5th-grade student can easily understand.

Topic – Resume Writing / Creation
Overview –
In this session, the students’ resumes were reviewed as part of the assignment given in the previous class. Each student received individual, constructive feedback with clear Areas of Improvement (AOI), including formatting, content relevance, language clarity, and alignment with current industry standards.
Students were guided on how to incorporate the feedback, improve the structure and presentation of their resumes, and ensure that their skills, education, and experience are highlighted effectively. They were instructed to make the necessary corrections and resubmit their revised resumes for further review.
The objective of the session was to help students develop professional, well-structured resumes that accurately and confidently reflect their capabilities and readiness for future opportunities.
Assignment –
Students to create a resume and present during the next session based on today’s discussions.
