Watch/Listen: Monday Brainstorm session held on 21st Sept – by clicking here – Attendance#7: Sulakshana, Taradi, Nishadhi, Dehami, Nadhima, Ayodya, Nehara Intern Project Presentation – Waste Management Project – Dehami presented the team’s report on challenges drying organic waste (peels, onion pieces, tea powder) due to rain and is asked to think of practical solutions and collect data (grams/kilograms dried and used).  Gardening Project: Sulakshana presented the project in line with the efforts towards weeding and garden cleanup, issues with plants due to heavy heat and rain, and plans to protect plants and start consuming vegetables (e.g., ladies’ finger), with a request to track quantities harvested. 3P Skill/STEAM Session – Topic – How to start liking what we do not like – Key Highlights – Balance in Life: The speaker explains that life is a balance between opposites like cake and vegetables, sun and snow. This session was conducted by Mr Sydney Gandhi, an expert Art & Craft Skill Trainer. The instructional workshop focused on teaching students how to create handmade artificial bouquet flowers using fabric and simple crafting techniques.

Topic: Importance of Well-being

Overview:

This session was conducted by Mr Balachandra sir from the MCKS Food for the Hungry Foundation.

The session emphasized the importance of maintaining overall well-being through healthy daily habits, continuous learning, working on routine tasks and avoiding laziness. It was also emphasised that the students must complete their education up to a degree to have a better future.

The students were also instructed to complete their education at least up to a degree, giving their best to have a better future.

Students learned how good physical and mental health enhances concentration, improves learning, increases productivity, and contributes to a happier and more fulfilling life. The session also included simple physical exercises and meditation techniques that students can practice every day to improve their concentration
