In today’s session, it was discussed with the children to choose a career path based on their passion/interests, backed by their skills and competencies, to achieve their career goals. In line with this golden circle framework was explained to them that will help them identify and work towards their career goal/pursuits.

THE GOLDEN CIRCLE RULE/FRAMEWORK –
WHY – The purpose of one’s goal: Cause and belief.
HOW – The process to reach/work towards achieving their goal.
WHAT – Self-evaluation of each process they selected to reach their goal.

Assignment –

Students are to use the golden circle concept/framework in line with choosing and working towards their goal, and present it during the next class
