As a follow up to our conversation yesterday –
1. You have reached to last week to Dr.Tapashetti with the Brainstorm invite but he seems to be trying to join this week.
2.ZPC – You will share the Brainstorm invite to him today by introducing us to him this will be on watsapp as he is very busy and not open to calls, once you reach out you will be sharing his contact so that we can share the invite to him as well.
3. With the other ELF projects (CL,PACT,CRAFT) this in on the backburner with the current situation
4. You will reach out to me if there would be a requirement for a virtual meeting to be set up with the Government officials that may be required to discuss the present scenario.
April 9th, 2020 update
Team per my discussions with Ottilie on April 9th – Apolologise that these discussions did not get posted might be due to a network issue at my end
1. Ottilie has received the invite for the Brainstorm session and will RSVP/Register and attend the session on April 11th.
2. The PACT, CL & CRAFT are slow due to the present scenario and lockdown, Ottilie is more focused on COVID19 safety for the twin city.Will keep me in the loop as soon as the work kick starts.
3. Per Ottilie, she will reach out to Dr.Tapashetti with the Brainstorm invite+Next steps. With the ZPC it will not be possible at this point due to the current scenario and is not very approachable.
4. Ottilie will reach out to Gerard if there would be a requirement for a virtual meeting to be set up with the Government officials that may be required to discuss the present scenario.

As a follow up to our conversation last Friday –
1 – The meeting with the District Commissioner was at their office, this meeting was regarding the COVID precautions within the twin cities.
2 – You will be reaching out to us if there is a need for a meeting to be set up virtually, you will also suggest your team to have such meetings or discussions to go virtual with the current situation demanding of us to stay at Home.

If there is any progress made regarding the Dr.Tree virtual Brainstorm session we planned to have this coming Sunday with the Dr.community+any of the Doctors you might have approached.
The preferable time would be on Sunday between 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm IST
It would be much appreciated if we could get an update by tomorrow 18th March so that I can set up the conference logistics for you to share with them.
