Topic: How to pay attention to things we don’t like to do –
Overview –
1. Every night before praying/sleeping, we need to reflect for 5 minutes on the tasks we paid attention to and what we did not. This will help us understand and be aware of the tasks we did and did not do with concentration. This will help us improve each day.
2. When we are not able to concentrate – Count your breaths for 15-20 seconds, without changing your breathing pattern.
3. To make concentration a practice in our day-to-day tasks, we need to wake up with a mindset to learn something new each day. Pray to God to give the strength to learn something new with concentration.
4. Any task, big or small, we need to pay attention/concentrate to and do the work; this will help us complete the task effectively and efficiently, and we will gain more interest in doing the work..

To pay attention/concentrate towards our goals, the solution is – What can I do (in any situation)? (Find the solution by giving your best).
