Topic: The 3 Pillars in One’s Life
Overview:
1. The three foundational pillars that shape an individual’s life or holistic growth are Health, Education, and Career.
2. These pillars are essential for holistic growth and development, and they play a crucial role in every stage of life.
3. The children were encouraged to reflect on how each pillar contributes to their overall well-being and future success:
4.It was emphasised that while each pillar is important on its own, true success and fulfilment come from maintaining a balance among all three. Prioritising one at the cost of the others can lead to an unsteady foundation. By nurturing all three, individuals can lead a more meaningful and well-rounded life.

Watch /Listen: 3p’s skill development session held on 23rd July @ Observation home of Boys by clicking here – Topic – Friendship/relationships – Overiew – 1.It is very important that we have good friends because as we grow up, we start to spend more time with our friends. If we have good friends, they will help/lead us in the right direction and enable us to think about good ideas. 2. We develop friendships with people with whom we are comfortable opening up and sharing our feelings, thoughts and ideas. 3. As we grow, we will start developing friendships with people we already know it be as our parents, our life partner and children. 4.It is always a good idea to develop friendships with people we know of that is from our childhood, the place that we live, study and work, and these are the ones who we know over a while and are trustworthy and will come to our assistance, vs on social media. 5. Friendship is not about how many friends/followers we have, but the number of good relationships that we build with people and are comfortable sharing each other’s feelings, thoughts and ideas and be for each other… Read more »
Watch /Listen: 3p’s skill development session held on 17th July @ Observation home of Boys by clicking here – Topic – What I learned today. Overview – The #3 main points discussed in line with today’s topic – #1. When we start to think that we know everything, we stop learning and growing. To avoid such an attitude, we should begin to think about what we can learn each day. #2. When we become greedy or have too much of expectations through our laziness, and is because we do not want to learn; hence, the solution is for us to keep learning something new each day. The sources from which we can learn are from our culture/values and elders, from education and each experience. #3. We need to start learning/working and doing things that bring us and for our family members happiness, this will help us grow together. #4. When we learn that everything belongs to God, we will not destroy the things that we have but rather protect and multiply/ grow. #5. To learn anything, we need to pray to God each day. In the morning, thank God for the new day and the things we have, be it our… Read more »
