Topic: Steps to Find a Solution to a Problem.
In today’s session, we discussed the three essential steps involved in finding an effective and permanent solution to a problem:
#1.Root Cause Analysis – This step focuses on understanding where the problem started and identifying the actual cause of the issue, rather than just addressing the symptoms.
#2. Action PlanDevelop a clear plan of action to work towards a solution that fixes the problem permanently. Seek help or guidance from people who can assist, and carefully choose the best solution that addresses the root cause.
#3. Documentation for Future Reference – Document the root cause of the problem and the solution applied. This helps in preventing similar issues in the future and serves as a reference if the problem occurs again.
