Topic: Importance of Well-being
Overview:
This session was conducted by Jayashree and her team from the MCKS Food for the Hungry Foundation.
The session emphasized the importance of maintaining overall well-being through healthy daily habits, continuous learning, working on routine tasks and avoiding laziness. It was also emphasized that the students must complete their education up to a degree to have a better future.
The students were also instructed to complete their education atleast till degree by giving their best to have a better future.
Students learned how good physical and mental health enhances concentration, improves learning, increases productivity, and contributes to a happier and more fulfilling life.The session also included simple physical exercises and meditation techniques that students can practice every day to improve their concentration
