They were encouraged to develop good habits such as sleeping for 8 hours, exercising daily, playing games, maintaining a balanced lifestyle and performing their daily activities on time, which helps them stay physically and mentally healthy. The children were reminded that education is very important for a successful life, so they were motivated to study well and give their best in school. They were also guided to improve their concentration, as it helps them understand and learn better. The children we requested to focus on completing their degree to have a bright career/future. Finally, all children were encouraged to have a career goal in life, so they can stay focused, confident, and work towards their dreams

Dhiyogi Foundation's Overview -  1. The objective of the Dhiyogi Foundation is to support children in need for the next 1,000 years. 2. Budgets earlier allocated under Nabros will now be routed through the Dhiyogi Foundation, a non-profit organisation. 3. The structure of the Dhiyogi Foundation, which is an NGO, will enable support for community projects and children in need. 4. Any surplus generated from projects, after covering operational costs, will be allocated to the non-profit initiatives. 5. An open-book policy will be followed for this project: Monthly operational meetings will be live-streamed. 6. Gerard will update the IINVENT ME weekly/monthly/quarterly reports on the Dhiyogi Foundation page. 7. The Dhiyogi Foundation webpage, developed with the support of Ojas and Sid, was reviewed with the team., was reviewed with the team. For the month of January, no new schools or partners were aligned PLAN/NEXT STEPS -  1. Gerard will be the PM on this project, and the team can reach out to him for any queries/updates. 2. The minutes of these meetings are to be updated on the Dhiyogi Foundation page. 3. The monthly recurring schedules to be talked about - Gerard to provide the alternate time, 9:30 pm CST would work best. 4. The project portal is being set up as a central repository for all task, time and expectation updates. The timesheet is to be updated by the team on the hours that have already been consumed, and continue to update the hours on the project portal at least on a monthly basis. 5. The team is requested to conduct weekly online sessions and share their schedules with Gerard so that they can be planned. 6. The efforts from the transfer of assets, framework and allocation of efforts that started from the last week of Nov 2025 are ongoing. The efforts to support children and the community in need are transitioning under the Dhiyogi Foundation. 7. The efforts from 2022 up to now are pretty much open on the IINVENT ME platform for anyone's review. 8.The 3 Benchmarks/Priorities - #1.3P skill sessions #2.Internships #3.Partnership engagement /expansion(ability for partners to start and broadcast a session on their own to be enabled).   9. Gerard to update the IINVENT ME synopsis on the Dhiyogi Foundation page/site. 10. Priority#1 for this fiscal - Onboard a resource to assist with international expansion to support children in need through the IINVENT ME Paid Internship program. 11.We need to discuss how we bring in new institutions and partners to have a broader impact. The session also covered how students can avail themselves of grants and scholarships to support their career pursuits. #3.Plan/Next Steps – 1. The interns were requested to keep up with meeting this program criteria, as we have only 2 more quarters for this year. 2. Project update – Interns to update the AIMS section of their CLICS by Monday with the numbers and facts backed with pictures by creating specific links using Google Drive links. On Tuesday, come prepared to present their project in English. (Note the pics have to be uploaded by blurring the faces.)The AIMS post will be considered invalid if the Google Drive link is not updated with the relevant/supporting project pics with the right access for anyone to view with the link 3. The interns are requested to conduct sessions in line with their projects that can be broadcast live. 4. The interns are requested to kick start on the project presentations from the following week. Details will be shared in next week’s meeting. 5. What drives them? What are they passionate about? And it was emphasised that one should choose their career based on – How it will benefit them, how it would benefit the community/people and how it would benefit others. Belief – To reach our goal, we must have self-belief that we can achieve it. HOW – The ProcessThe steps /process/short-term goals needed to achieve/reach their career goals.Emphasis on developing relevant skills and completing their education. WHAT – Actions / Self-Evaluation of every step/process/short-term goals needed to achieve/reach their career goals to identify areas of improvement. The self-evaluation is to be done honestly on a weekly, quarterly, and annual basis.

It was explained that when we concentrate on our work, we are able to perform better and bring out the best in ourselves. Concentration plays a key role in achieving success in our studies and in all our pursuits. How to Practice Concentration:

  • Concentrate on small activities in your daily life, such as walking, eating, brushing, bathing, cycling, and playing.
  • Pray to gain the strength to concentrate, especially when your mind gets diverted by thoughts about the past or the future.
  • Practice breathing exercises by slowly breathing in and breathing out, counting each breath without changing your natural breathing pattern.
