If the Truth in you and me in one, then who is who?  

If destiny puts me in harms way, then is the chosen path my destiny?  

Is the Truth in Love called true love?  

Is it a desire,  If it is a desire to be with Love in Truth in the Now and Here?   

Thought I was this amazing red being Hanging around, acting cool and  swaying with the wind. I grew and grew to the  best I could be to [...]

If I work to give my best, accept the rest  and learn from whatever I get, then am I in Love with my work ?  

If truth of the matter is in the mind then where is the truth of the mind ?  

Love is the connection between the manifested world and the Truth.  Love is the only doorway through which  one may pass between the spiritual and physical world. [...]

If I know the Truth then does Truth know me?  

If I become aware in my sleep of the dream I am dreaming, then am I awake or in a dream?  

If there is Truth in everything  and everything is in the Truth  then what is the Truth?  

What one seeks to feel, What one seeks to see, What one seeks to taste,  Whatever one seeks out of this opportunity called  life,  I say,  It [...]

They took me to what they called home of The One.   Standing outside, Some one said  “wow look at the color of the wall”, and another [...]

When we let the words we say, Sink to the deepest depths, They will merge with Love, So we may live them as part of our breath. [...]

Thinking addiction is the worst of them all, since our mind concerns with matters that don’t matter.  

If my past and future are merged into the now, then where will I be?  

Do ideas hide in the mind? Does Love hide in the heart? Does awareness hide in the breath?  

Going with the flow is the trait of awareness since it knows how to float in each breath.  

I may be angry or happy or sad or joyous or .. But in awareness I merges to become one with the breath and float along in [...]

With each breath, awareness flows to the heart and attention flows to the mind.  

Catch me if you can is what the mind said to the breath.  

In Love, we open up to learning new lessons.  

Balanced ideas help one and all with Love, in Love and for Love.  

Love fills the heart which is open in acceptance to help share the best one has within.   

From awareness in each breath one learns the Truth in each moment.  

Is a stone aware that it is a stone? Is a bird aware that it is a bird? Am I aware of who I is?

Who makes the choice: is it my ego, my mind, my Dhi or my love or my awareness?   

Two conflicting thoughts may dissolve only in Love.    

Ideas are born out of Love and dissolve in Love.    

Love is made in Truth.

My tears roll down the cheeks, so a tickle may arise to cause a smile.    

My breath comes in to take the shape of Dhi and then spreads in to the world around me.    

True self is when  what one thinks, speaks and does  is in synch with Dhi intent.    

If I am in Love then what is Love in?    

My desire is to do everything without a desire.

Without love it is like having a billion dollars without the “One”.    

Whenever one is the true self,  Be it with someone or in a situation,   Then are they in true Love?    

Did the Truth mask it self in a lie so it may come to know what is the difference between the opposites.    

My acts which yield gold or dirt,  They don’t mean anything in my world. For, where I lives with my Love, Everything is just One.    

What is the difference between Attention, Awareness, Witness and the Truth?    

The Truth in each desire is Idea. The Truth in the idea is Love. The Truth in Love is Awareness. The Truth in Awareness is One.  

A circle is infinite for it has no start nor an end.  

Where is my destiny when there  is nowhere left to go?  

The shape of Truth is a circle because its refection always remains a circle.  

I connected to those I know with desires and wants.  Then I connected to all with Love. Finally I connected to the universe in the Truth. And [...]

In being open and oneself we befriend Love.  

Mirror is the most enlightening thing that I have seen, because it reflects the ever young Truth in you and me.   

I is able to be the best in front of you,  because my loved ones  have put up with my worst, day in day out.

The treasures I pursue are hidden in the moments of Truth.  

Priority: First is health. Second is relationships.Then comes learning. In other words: First is i. Then it is all. Finally everything. In other words: First the mind. [...]

If the Sun sees only darkness around him with no planets to reflect his light or heat, would he ever become aware of all that He is. [...]

With each breath, the heart, mind and Truth play.

When balanced we will find Love at the center.

If I have come into this world to help others, then have all come into this world to help me?  

Follow your heart for it knows the way home.  

The mind perceives what your heart seeks.  

If I can exist only in the present then do the past and future also exist only in the present?  

Why does a part of me always feel young no matter what age? Cause the “Truth” in me never get’s old.  

Animals must be thinking look at those people inside entertaining themselves with stuff, fools. How can they not know everything outside is what is cool.

The breath is one’s last Guru.     

As kids we see the world through the eyes of our parents. As students we start to see via the eyes of our teachers and friends. Then [...]

Dhi idea in each religion comes forth when the sacred names are replaced with  “The Truth”.  

An opportunity to connect at physical, mental, emotional, intellectual and spiritual level has been provided to each and everyone, by Love.  

When the body, senses and desires are anchored in breath, they reach the mind. When the mind is anchored in the breath, it reaches the heart. When [...]

If we follow any words as a thumb rule, then we are fools. If we follow a practice as a ritual, then we will be forsaken. If [...]

When we want to get a particular car or a toy, we start noticing them all around. When we want to get a particular house, we start [...]

In accepting the desires versus fighting them, One awakens to Dhi Truth.  

If one drops the ego, then all that is left is everything.   

With each breath one get’s ideas. If the mind catches one, then the heart grabs it from the breath and plants it in the field of Love [...]

Body-Matter-Physical, Mind-Intellect-Magnetic, Breath-Aware-Spiritual:  Are the three planes of existence.  

All I hopes is to be: An understanding of your words, A hug for your thoughts, A reflection for your ideas.

Purpose is over rated,  For it gets lost in Love.  And this Universe is made and built out of Love.  So trying to find the meaning,  Or [...]

Fighting the fears multiplies them. Merging them into Love dissolves them.  

With balance, mind hooks onto peace. With openness, heart hooks onto Love. With learning, the breath hooks onto Truth. When the mind is at peace, it hooks [...]

It may take a lifetime to know what is within a breath. Vice versa, it may take only one breath to know what is within a lifetime. [...]

Space is  all prevailing and pervading: It allows all manifestations: planets, moon, sun and more,  And it carries the whole universe that it manifested on its shoulders. [...]

One’s pursuit or the purpose or the “why” may change with time: from desire to Love to Truth. Dhi is driven by desires from birth to adulthood.  [...]

Our mind is driven by desires. Our heart is driven with Love. And our breath is driven by Truth. 

For a lotus to bloom, it needs dirty muddy waters. 

One is at the depth one’s awareness is.

Truth is reality.

Being Truthful to others is easy. But being Truthful to one self is the challenge.

Dhi is home when with Truth.

With each breath, one witnesses awareness reflect in everything around the self.

From today is born tomorrow and yesterday. In Dhi breath all became one.

In each lie lies the Truth waiting to manifest.

Dear Mind. Now that you know the Truth, can we please live in Peace.

Dear Heart. Now that you know the Truth, can we fall in Love.

Dhi will run out of ink in trying to describe the Truth.

Is manifestation an expression or impression of the Truth?

Is the journey to the Truth from “inside out” or “outside in”? I guess just depends on where One is looking from?

To be or not to be with the Truth in each breath is a hope and a pursuit of the mind and the heart.

Is everyone and everything just a unique reflection of the same old One Truth..

“I lie to my self all the time” thought I as one took the first step towards the Truth.

An effort may be made to sense, explain and understand the Truth. But when all words fail and there is nothing left to comprehend, the Truth finally [...]

The best within One is just plain old Truth, Truth, Truth… nothing but the Truth.

When One says thank you to whatever come’s on the way, the path treaded will lead to Truth some day.

When Truth befriends, One becomes everyones friend.

When two become one in love, an opportunity for Truth to take birth manifests.

In the breath all become one with the Truth.

The easiest is to speak Truth. Next come the deeds driven by Truth. Hard is comprehending Truth. Toughest is to be resonating with the Truth.

When the circle completes, Truth emerges from the center.

The mind contextualizes Truth, The heart feels Truth, The breath becomes aware of the Truth, And Dhi comprehends the Truth so one may witness all of the [...]

The scientists explore the universe in search of Truth. The philosophers dive deep in meditation to comprehend the Truth in this existence. But the Truth is: What [...]

Truth reflects Truth. Truth seeks Truth. Truth merges with Truth.

Truth plays hide and seek with the desire.

There is always just One Truth.

Telling the Truth is the first experience of the Truth.

The foundation and the core of each manifestation is the Truth.

The Truth in one’s intention is what drives manifestation.

Dhi may need courage to face the Truth. But there is no set need to become aware of the Truth.

Is Truth a deed or information or intelligence or existence of all of the above in one.

Mind finds peace, The heart finds love, And the breath finds awareness in One Truth.

Truth lives in you and me. Life lives in the Truth. All come to live in the breath.

The Truth in life is hidden in each breath.

Dhi Path: Peace to Love to Truth or Mind to Heart to Breath per se.

Simplicity is discovered in the Truth.

In awareness one resonates with the Truth.

Each be’ing is a unique resonance of the Truth.

Witnessing the Truth manifest into life with each breath is be’ing.

Everything begins with the Truth. Everything ends in the Truth.

Searching for the Truth leads one to the far reaching boundaries of the universe and the deep depths of the breath.

Truth is universal though its perceptions may be individual.

In be’ing Truthful one resonates with the universal Truth.

Life is a reflection of the Truth.

“I am” is what the mind said and “We are” is what the heart said to the silent breath.

Awareness of the Truth in each breath is be’ing.

Where the mind meets the heart and the heart meets the breath, there the Truth will manifest.

I sit here thinking about the mystery that surrounds me only to realize the Truth when I stop thinking.

When one becomes aware in the breath, Truth reflects.

When the mind balances it will find peace. When the heart opens up it will find love. When the breath becomes aware then it will learn Dhi [...]

Balance in everything to catch ideas. Open up to all to plant the ideas. Learn the lesson in each result, be it good or bad, to grow [...]

Why we do what we do defines how we do it.

When we anchor the mind onto the breath Dhi truth in each desire is realized.

Dhi is the essence within one which resonates with … This resonance of ideas is an effort to compliment one’s unique pursuit at work, school and home [...]

Is life an effort to manifest truth?

May Dhi mind be filled with ideas to balance. May Dhi hearth be filled with love to open up and bloom. May Dhi breath be filled with [...]

The only part that changes over time is the “Why” factor.

Dhi Friend: The most magical relationship from get go: Where two or more strangers connect because they share the same idea(s) and nothing else.

The constant idea Dhi finally comprehends in each conclusion is Dhi truth.

Just like an ocean carving a rock with each wave, Dhi keeps giving the best with each breath to manifest ideas in the space.

Whenever one gives the best, accepts what one gets and learns from the rest, meditation or innovation or ... happens with each breath.

A mother only wishes the kids to be safe, healthy and happy. And in the name of love, sometimes without knowing, make the mistake of burdening the [...]

All that we claim to be ours, be it wealth, health or anything else, It is all just a lease by design.

In each moment the truth within one manifests.

When one is true in ideas, speech and action then Dhi finds true love.

Who is the cause of happiness or pain within me: You or Me or Dhi or ..

Learning is becoming aware of the truth in each result or experience or moment.

By giving the best and accepting whatever One gets, The truth may be witnessed in each breath.

Some times living in the mind Dhi make’s choices per the desires. And some times living in the heart Dhi make’s choices full of love. Living in [...]

Practicing opening up and telling the truth cultivates courage.

Each one I meet teaches me something new. Each experience I have always taught me something new. The lesson was equal to how open I was.

Each battle that has been fought over the ages and across the globe has always been between love and fear or between opening up or closing down.

To open up to others is easy. But to open up to oneself is a challenge.

An open individual is the idea of one who expresses and accepts ideas, thoughts and feelings created in each experience.

All kids are born open. Sometimes the grown up’s around them start instilling their own fears and expectations in the name of love.

Happiness always hides behind expectations.

One can open only the self and not others. But one can close down because of the others.

We close down when stuck in the past or in the fear of future.

Fear of vulnerability is the lock that needs to be opened: mandatory.

Train of thought rides on the open track or open idea per se.

An open idea connects one to all and all to one.

Emotions, thoughts and ideas grow when one opens up and expresses them.

Accepting the immediate result opens one up to the oncoming opportunities.

Without an open heart, action, result or intellect cannot grow nor survive.

Needs, be it individual, social or intellectual are born to be expressed and opened up so the opportunity to meet them is created.

Let not the past experience or the anticipated future get in your way of opening up to the present.

Trust and vulnerability are the two doors that need to be opened so as to connect.

Opening up to the world around us in turn opens up the world to us.

The bi product of opening up is relationships and family.

The idea of opening up is an opportunity that presents itself in one’s every action, thought and feelings.

We are built to balance: one practical while other emotional, one the father, the other a mother and so on so forth. Embracing our strengths be it [...]

The bi product of balance is health.

If there is a balance within then everything around is in balance too.

Watching the sunset on a beach, one comes to realize the balance in play between the sky, sun, air, water and land.

A breath is the perfect benchmark of individual balance. The inhale consumed is equal to the exhale produced.

Is evolution an effort to fine tune the balance in the environment and cosmos?

8 hours for her. 8 hours for me. 8 hours for him.

Space is shared with the like minded: those with similar ideas.

Time is balanced between the ideas one is resonating with.

An idea is balanced in the dimensions of space, time and relativity.

Working for the heart and soul needs to be balanced with working for the dough.

The equations in nature are balanced between: happy and sad, profit and loss, give and take, good and bad, love and hate, action and reaction …

Intelligence is the idea of balancing between common sense, power and ignorance.

Even meditation can kill when done in extreme: just like over working, extensive exercising or consuming anything in excess. Any idea exercised in extreme will cause imbalance [...]

We all go through feeling happy n sad, angry or peace, love or hate and so on so forth. A little bit of everything is an opportunity [...]

Past and future balance in the present.

There are two contrasting philosophies at play: One is focused on purifying an idea within to the greatest extent while the other is focused on manifesting ideas [...]

One can balance only the self and not others. But one may loose the balance because of the imbalance in others.

Good health is the idea of balancing one’s individual, social and intellectual needs.

Content is the idea of balancing one’s needs.

Emotions vs thoughts or as one says what we feel vs what we think also is in constant need of balance.

The cause of imbalance can be solved when one becomes aware of being stuck in an undesirable loop of a recurring idea.

Healthy life style is the art of resonating with ideas that create a balance in everything one does: a little bit of work and a bit of [...]

Where do I find balance? The idea to balance is an opportunity that presents most frequently in every thing that we think, feel or do.
