Today's session we had learnt about what a expectation is? An Expectation is

  • The things that should be done from us to others and the things that should be done from others to us.
  • The things that we should not have still for our life but that can be get to our life in the future.
  • Our future dreams like being a doctor, a lecturer, a engineer.
For examples:
  • If a person think that I will do and finish my school work today, it is also an expectation.
  • Our future ambition is also an expectation that we have in our life.
  • In the session we had talked about the connection between teachers and students. The things that want teachers from us are
  1. Learn well.
  2. Be a great person to the world.
  3. Be obedient to the elders.
The things that we want from the teachers are
  1. Educate us well.
  2. Teach us good habits.
  3. Give us safety and love.
These all are also expectations. Thank you Gerard sir for teaching us well.

These are the learning points that we had learnt from the yesterday's session. from the yesterday's session we had learnt about the Task management. From that we had learnt that the work that we done from we waking in the morning to sleeping at night are tasks. In the beginning we thought that task management is dividing the works with others. But Gerard sir had taught us dividing the main tasks in to sub tasks and doing them on time is task management. The steps that we can get to manage our tasks are

  1. Understand the task.
  2. Divide them in to sub tasks and manage your time to do them.
  3. Be focus on the task that we are doing.
  4. Finish one task and do the other task. Don't do two or many task at a time.
  5. Do the task in the best way and the fastest way. (Be creativity.)
  6. If you are stuck in a task get help from another one and continue the task.
  7. Get a break when doing a task for a long time.
We can divide our work for the below priorities.
  • Important and Urgent.
  • Important but not Urgent.
  • Urgent but not Important.
  • Not important and not Urgent.
Thank you Gerard sir for teaching these all things for us.
