During today's session, he explained the the inmates how listening to and singing songs provides a complete brain exercise and it will help them to reduce anxiety, blood pressure, and pain as well as improve sleep quality, bring them into mood, and mental alertness.

THE GOLDEN CIRCLE RULE/FRAMEWORK - WHY - The purpose of one's goal: Cause and belief. HOW - The process to reach/work towards achieving their goal. WHAT - Self-evaluation of each process they selected to reach their goal. Assignment - Students to use the golden circle concept/framework in line with choosing and working towards their goal and present it during the next class.

During this session, she explained and demonstrated techniques of self-defence during the time of emergencies with the students. The trainer instructed the students to use these techniques only when they are in harm to defend themselves and not to harm others for personal gain/unnecessarily.

  • The interns are to share their understanding and learnings from the quarterly interns award on 24th April, it can be shared either through writing an essay, poem, drawing, story, a song or any creative way which should be completed on or before May 27th 2025 and shared on the internship page @ https://iinventme.org/paid-internship/. This will be considered as one of the criteria for the year-end internship awards will be announced in July of 2025.
  • Intern summer camp kicked off on April 1st. Students are requested to join the interns’ calls on Tuesdays and share their summer travels and AIMS: Art, Ideas, Music, Sports, Games and more for a chance to win prizes – Details @ https://iinventme.org/internship.
  • The prizes for the internship program will be announced in July 2025, so students, if you want to catch up to be among the top performers to qualify yourself to cash prizes, grants and annual scholarship, you have these 1.5 months to start engaging in the interns’ weekly session scheduled every Tuesdays by sharing your AIMS/projects and train of thought. TYPES OF VERBS There are two kinds of Verbs. They are following. 1. Finite Verbs 2 .Non-Finite Verbs 1.FINITE VERBS Finite verbs are limited by the rules of number, person, gender, and tense. They change according to the number and the person of a subject. ⮚ I go to school. ⮚ We are going to school. FORMS OF FINITE VERBS MAIN VERBS: These Verbs can express their meaning with or without helping verbs. ⮚ Sam sings melodiously. ⮚ Sam is singing a song. It was mentioned to them that they need to have a goal which will give them a direction in their life, and they need to opt for a career based on their strengths and skills and beliefs. The SWAT Analysis framework was discussed to assist them in identifying their strengths to achieve their goals and what shortcomings they need to work on that may be a hindrance to them in achieving their goal. One who gets what he needs/wants at the right time and is grateful for what he receives. 2. A person who has a good heart - Meaning a person who puts in his heart and soul and works selflessly towards whatever he does, and tries to improve each day, such a person will be content with whatever outcome they get from their work and will be happy with it. 3. Whatever one gets from life is a blessing from God, and we should be thankful and be happy with it and continue down the path of giving the best with concentration in whatever work we do; this will enable us to enjoy the benefits we get and learn from each result we get awarness. We need to pray to god to get good taught, this will help us lead a happy life. 4. Whenever we pray and listen to with concentration to other, we get good ideas/thoughts which enable awareness among us. Key points/summary -
