3p’s skill development online session held on 16th May @ State home for girls and women – PFA Pics Topic - Importance of listening to music Overview - This session was conducted by Akhil M Kalal, a music artist and trainer. During today's session, he explained the the inmates how listening to and singing songs provides a complete brain exercise and it will help them to reduce anxiety, blood pressure, and pain as well as improve sleep quality, bring them into mood, and mental alertness.

THE GOLDEN CIRCLE RULE/FRAMEWORK - WHY - The purpose of one's goal: Cause and belief. HOW - The process to reach/work towards achieving their goal. WHAT - Self-evaluation of each process they selected to reach their goal. Assignment - Students to use the golden circle concept/framework in line with choosing and working towards their goal and present it during the next class.
